This is my CV, I used a website called Camva.com to make this, I looked at my original CV that I have used for my previous jobs and just added to it to make it more appropriate to a stage manager job.
For my Cover Letter I simply used word, found an address of a theatre in London and went from there.
The Telephone Call, from working in a pub I have the knowledge on how to answer the phone with customers so, I filmed it on my phone and used an old one as the 'phone' I pretended I worked at Arbuckles and used my knowledge on telephone skills.
Mock interview
For my mock interview I used a range on questions about the work industry and dealing with people and directing people, we filmed this in the studio at college.

Personal Statement
Yeah this page this is good. You have all 6 things you need on here. I would suggest if you have time that you add some text describing what these are, how you did it. like Luke suggested last week. As this gives it more context.
