My Ambitions:

living in London (if not stay in Lynn)- Ive lived in Lynn since I was 1 and London is close to my birth place (Essex)

2 kids ,a dog and cat

Professional Dancer- I've danced all my life

Editor- I have always enjoyed editing

Stage manager/ technical manager- I love being in the theatre, been in theatres since I was 4

Strengths: Confidence in approaching people, Get my point across, social, I listen and take instructions well, I work well in teams, My personality is bubbly. I am good in interviews as I am confident in what I am doing which will help me get a job in the future

Weaknesses: I don't take charge, overwhelmed easily, to emotionally invested, I get really bad anxiety in certain situations, When it comes to pitching I tend to get nervous but when I get going I am fine. When it comes to exams I find it very hard to revise and tend to over stress.

Opportunities: Dance studios Royal Ballet, English National Ballet, Editing/Producer at ITV/BBC, Dance/Film Radio and television course, Technical/stage manager, ive been in theatres and have a basic ideas.

Threats: I have limited travel, the course is not on the university website but its in their book and on UCAS. Covid-19 with the course I want to do, we don't know when theatres are opening, Im also currently unable to do voluntary work at theatres as they aren't open as of yet.

Have graduated from uni

Have a job in a theatre as a backstage manager/ Technical stage manager

Specific- I am going to go to university to hopefully study theatre production and technology

Measurable- I will reflect on my skills to help ensure I can get a place on this course.

Attainable- This is possible as I have been in theatres and interviewed a technical manager at a theatre who gave me an insight into her job

Relevant- My mission is to get some voluntary work done at theatres to get more of an understanding on knowing how to run a theatre

Time-based- My goal for this is by the end of the year

Specific- I want to improve on using audition

Measurable- I will reflect on how I used it in the past and new ways of editing on the software 

Attainable- Yes this is possible with practice I can easily improve my adobe audition skills

Relevant- This may be relevant for my future as I may need to mix music for shows

Time-based- My goal for this is the end of November

Specific- I am going to improve on pitching

Measurable- I will reflect on my confidence and anxiety when speaking in front of people

Attainable- Yes this is possible, I just need to not worry about what others think and not worry about what i'm talking about

Relevant- Yes this may be relevant in the future if I need to do public speaking at university or in a future job

Time-based- my goal for this is for our next pitch/ when I next have to speak infront of the class.
